Welcome to Reignbow Moon!
The classes here at Reignbow Moon are designed to inspire new ways of creating harmony and wellness in your life by opening the doors to becoming aware of your rhythm. There are so many different ways we can find a meditative space and we offer a variety of fun and creative ways to connect with yourself and cultivate peace for the mind, body and spirit.
We find our way to groundedness and balance by opening up to the support available to us in the wisdom of nature, the elements and the cosmos and transforming our energy using our intentions and vision. Classes at Reignbow Moon are designed to help you release and clear away stuck energy, blocks, limits and anything that is causing you discomfort or not contributing to your overall highest good. When you are able to clear away energy that is not yours, you can have more of your organic movements and flow which feels good in the body. In-body meditiation tools and visualization techniques are utilizied so that you can have sovereignty within your own space, gain awareness on what is affecting your well-being and gain insights on how to shift into greater states of vitality, validation and ease. The classes here help you build a grounded foundation in your path ahead and give you a broader awareness on ways your own creativity, nature, cosmos and elements can help support your healing and well-being.
Everyone is welcome here to come as you are, free of expectation and judgment. On the path of wellness and discovery, things can sometimes get messy or don’t feel good and that is ok.

Sparkles & Stones
Discovering the Vibrational Medicine of Gems, Stones & Crystals
In this 60 minute class, we will take a meditation journey with a gem, stone or crystal every month. Each gem, crystal or rock created by the earth possesses unique vibrational elements much like having its own personality. We are able to gain greater awareness in our own journeys, problems, situations etc by spending time with the energy of each stone and working with it to help guide or receive information that will benefit us. Class will begin with a brief overview of the highlighted gem, crystal or stone and then we will dive into a meditation that will help facilitate connecting to its potent energetic wisdom. The meditation will help support your unique relationship with the gem, stone or crystal as everyone’s experience may be different. You are welcome to have some of the featured stone with you during the meditation but it is not necessary!
Radiant Woman Meditation
Being brilliant and experiencing ease and grace in a female body.
In this 75 minute monthly class for women, we will explore teachings that help us to magnify our radiance and nurture us having and expressing our feminine energy. We will use meditation tools designed for the female body that facilitate shifting our energy so that we have more of our own true essence and let go of whatever is creating discomfort or blocking us. As we let go of that which doesn’t serve our greatest good, we make more room to have what we do want in our lives. Class will begin with a brief overview of the featured topic to prepare for the meditation. We will then move into a meditation where we will practice the tools that support the female body and allow us to shift our energy. Next we will go on a visualization journey and build energetic momentum to assimilate the teaching and then close with a short meditation. Class topics will be weaved with wisdom from nature, the cosmos and the four elements. Our goal is to be renewed with a greater appreciation of our female radiance and ease in expressing it in our lives.
Self-Care and the Four Elements
Finding Balance with Earth, Fire, Wind and Water
In this meditation series, we will explore how the four elements can help us find our way back to center. Are you feeling stuck somewhere in your life? Or maybe your mind can’t stop racing and your thoughts repeat over and over again on a hamster wheel. Maybe you’ve lost your passion in a creative endeavour. All of these and more can indicate an imbalance of the four elements. Working with the elements and making adjustments to their presence in aspects of our lives can help us feel balanced, supported and validated. We can shift out of discomfort into a state of ease. Classes will focus on the elements and how to incorporate their medicine into our daily lives to promote our self-care and wellness. By developing an awareness of excess and deficiencies of each element we will learn how they are flowing in our lives so that we can find our way back to feeling in harmony and balance.
Makers Meditations
Meditation & Creativity for Balance & Well-Being
In this meditation series, we will use the act of creativity to promote our wellness. While we are engaged in creative activities, healing processes are occuring in our physical and emotional bodies. We can separate from anything causing us anxiety or worry or being caught in our minds thinking and obsessing. Our nervous system, which is a central component to our emotional and mental wellbeing, is made up of two opposing elements. The sympathetic nervous system is associated with fight or flight response and the parasympathetic is associated with relaxation, digestion, healing and regeneration. The parasympathetic nervous system is encouraged to work while we are engaged in creative activity. Systems within our bodies can relax, heal internally and our cells can regenerate. This class will allow us to slow down, relax and put our whole selves at ease. We will start class with a meditation to help support the nervous system and then we’ll participate in a creative activity to further our well-being.
Tea Meditations
In this 40 minute class, we will prepare ourselves a cup of tea and find our comfy chairs to enjoy a meditation with the goal of experiencing relaxation, calm and tranquility. Drinking a cup of tea at a coffee shop is different than during meditation. Holding the cup with both of your hands, you are present. You are not caught in the past or the future, you can find a sense of peace in the moment of stillness. Even this simple act can be a moment that brings peace and enjoyment and an opportunity to slow down and tune in to your own rhythm. You can enjoy the tea’s fragrance, the warmth of the cup in your hands, and become aware of all that went into creating your cup of tea…the plant that grew in the earth, the water and sun that gave it life to grow, the person who harvested and packaged it and all that happened so that it found its way to you. In this meditation we can create a moment that is a source of nourishment.

Ebbing & Flowing with the Moon
Moving in Rhythm with the Moon’s Phases
This series for women explores the dynamics of the moon’s phases and how it can support us in our own rhythms and cycles. We will look at the phases as a whole and how we can relate it back to our own lives and journeys. As a woman, our connection to the moon is necessary for our own wellness and vitality. As we align ourselves to the movement of the moon’s phases, we are guided, balanced and supported by its potent power to create and manifest what we want for ourselves.
