Diana Forester

Hello! I’m Diana and I teach the classes at Reignbow Moon. I created Reignbow Moon after a ten year self-discovery journey.

My first visit to the Mendocino Coast in March of 2014 was profoundly enlightening. I connected with nature so deeply that I could see the life and spirit in the natural world around me. It invited me to reflect on my life and I was able to see there must be something more. I realized the corporate career and daily grind way of life I was living was not truly harmonic to me. The rhythm did not match my essence. I left my corporate career three different times, wanting to find my way to something that resonated with me and was in alignment with my purpose. I honored that my journey was not in a straight line, but rather circular. 11 years after my first visit to Mendocino, I launched Reignbow Moon.

I have been practicing in-body meditation techniques for 8 years and completed over four years of teacher’s training. I incorporate these techniques with my own inner wisdom from connecting to nature, the elements and the cosmos. I’m thrilled to share meditation techniques that connect people to this natural medicine. In my own journey I’ve been able to discover my rhythm through creativity, meditation, being in nature and finding center by becoming aware of the four elements and where I am in relation to them.

We are all bombarded daily by messages, sounds, demands, images, impressions..the list goes on. Human bodies have not yet evolved to the pace of how fast we are expected to do things and process information. I’ve observed people experiencing pain and invalidation as they struggle to keep up with the demands of their hectic lives. I created Reignbow Moon to share techniques on reconnecting to your natural rhythm so that you can experience a greater amount of joy, fulfillment and wellness in your every day life.

Creating artwork supports my wellness. I have been experimenting with slow crafts over the past few years, being drawn to embroidery and beading. I love the rainbows flowing through the threads and beads and found the rhythmic movement when embroidering and beading calming, clarifying and helped to regulate my nervous system. I developed classes that fused these crafts with meditation to enhance relaxation and instill a sense of calm in the nervous system.
